The temperature display can be switched between Celsius and Fahrenheit by simply pressing and holding the 'test' on for 10 seconds, or until you hear a beep. All 8 shelves glide smoothly on rollers which allows easy access to your entire collection. Each shelve can hold up to 12 regular size bottles but may hold less depending on how the shelves spaced.
